By going to the work, I sometimes passed front of Hard Rock Cafe (or HRC) and I was amazed to see it opening so early, but breakfast is served there from 8:30 am.
For lunch, I decided to vary my menu and try a new place and I went there. Indeed, it was the first time in spite of the Parisian opening dating November, 1991. Hard Rock Cafe is a mythical place where big big artists came.

In your arrival, you enter the shop of souvenirs which many people collect worldwide. I liked a pin puzzle of Paris where every part represents a district.

By advancing a little more, you are in the restaurant where a hostess welcomes you to settle you and give you the menu. Because there is a general menu and a menu with 3 formulas special lunch served from 12 am till 3 pm from 8,5€ to 13,5€.
When you open the card, you have an immense choice that you need some time to choose, especially if you are GOURMAND ( greedy).

I chose the Cobb Salad massive mixed greens, with grilled chicken breast, avocado, bacon, cheddar and hard cheese, tomatoe, red onion and hard boiled egg with a ranch suace (creamy sauce with garlic and mixed herbs). A delight!
I finally found a restaurant where mixed salads are original and very well served.

Indeed, there is a standardization of doses served in all the HRC as the world. In dessert, I chose Brownie HRC which is too big for a single person, I advise you to share it, it could be enought for 2 or 3, if your lunch was substantial. It consists of a delicious freeze vanilla, of warm chocolate and brownie with nuts, whipped cream and a cherry.

There are 2 rooms of restaurant, 2 bars and two floors where you will eat American food which absolutely has nothing to do with fast food and you can also have a drink in the bar listening to the free concert which takes place every Wednesday.
It’s a place to be advised for the food and the situation right in the heart of Paris. On the other hand, the music is good but too loud if you want to discuss. I think that for concerts, it must be brilliant.
