Near the place de Clichy and the Berne Opéra, try the NIV's (means Wine in back slang !!!! It’s a very nice restaurant, decorated in red & black, very simple. The service was fine, the service very warm and the waiter helped us to choose the wine.
I choosed veal with mushrooms, it was very sweet tasting. But the panna cotta with strawberries havent any taste. But the other deserts, with chocolate, seemed very good, and my neighbour at table loved.
Rates are reasonable ( about 6-7 euros for starters and desserts, and 15 –17 euros for the dish.
