If you want to feel like a deluxe hotel client and do not want to pay for that, go to Georges V, Ritz or Crillon's bar.
I' ve tried the FOUQUETS LUCIEN BARRIERE one, and I've been seduced by the modern and very quiet terrace. The Bellini is 22 euros but it served with 3 pieces of cocktail snacks and also traditional peanuts and olives are served with all the cocktails....
