We find few restaurants on the place du Marché St Honoré, one of them is L'Absinthe which belongs to the family Rostang. This family is renowned for its know-how, antd its requirement of products. L'Absinthe is a restaurant really warm-hearted and nice. The personnel are gentle. The decoration is discreet anf form very good taste ant the kitchen is fanstastic. The menu is reasonable
An advice, run there, it is really a warm-hearted place and you are sure of eathing well there.
